Frame Agreement with Technip

The Frame Agreement shall serve as a governing framework for awarding Call-Off Order(s) for specific Services to be performed by Imenco. This Frame Agreement will streamline the contractual administration in awarding future work, to the mutual benefit of both Parties, and aim to achieve a competitive advantage in the market. For the types of Services to be performed under this Frame Agreement, Imenco shall recognise Technip as a first priority customer.
